Mr. T. Thomas was a distinguished corporate leader with decades of experience in global business, strategy, and enterprise leadership. He began his career with Hindustan Lever Ltd. in 1950 and became Chairman of the company in 1973.

He subsequently joined the Board of Unilever Plc, London, where he led the consolidation and growth of its Worldwide Specialty Chemicals Group.

Following his retirement from Unilever, he served as a Visiting Scholar at MIT’s Sloan School and established the Indus Venture Capital Fund in India. He also held prominent leadership positions with organizations including Glaxo India and Lafarge India and was a majority owner of ITTI.

Shivram is the Director and Chief Executive Officer of ITTI Private Ltd., providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to drive the company’s growth, innovation, and market leadership. With extensive experience in business management, technology services, and enterprise transformation, he has been instrumental in building ITTI into a trusted partner for organizations seeking to accelerate their digital transformation journey.

Harsha B Narayanappa is a transformational business and technology executive with 20+ years of experience driving enterprise digital transformation, ERP innovation, and customer growth.

As Director & COO of ITTI Private Ltd., he leads strategic initiatives that help organizations modernize operations, harness AI-driven insights, and accelerate business performance. Holding a B.E. in Computer Science Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India, and an MBA from the University of Liverpool Management School, UK, Harsha brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business leadership.

A trusted advisor to enterprises, he specializes in Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, QAD, and AI-enabled business solutions, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs, building high-performing teams, and managing complex customer portfolios. His focus is on helping organizations unlock value through intelligent automation, data-driven decision-making, and next-generation digital technologies.

Mr. Phaniraj Navaratna is a finance leader with 25+ years of experience across financial leadership, controllership, business partnering, and finance transformation.

At ITTI, he leads the Finance function with a focus on financial governance, performance management, financial visibility, and supporting the organization’s growth strategy.

His experience spans financial planning and analysis, working capital, taxation, statutory compliance, audit, and finance transformation. His focus includes scalable processes, effective controls, and technology-enabled finance operations.

Ms. Anna Thomas Chacko is a graduate of Shriram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. She began her professional career with SSCB Inc., New York, where she worked in advertising. She later gained experience in the Export Department of Hindustan Unilever Ltd.

Ms. Chacko currently manages ITTI’s Middle East operations, contributing to the organization’s business growth and international presence.

Mr. Lalit Sawhney is a seasoned technology and business leader with nearly four decades of experience across IT and technology. He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a B.Sc. in Engineering from the University of Delhi.

He served as IT Head and CIO of Hindustan Lever Ltd. from 1983 to 2000, where he led enterprise IT strategy, ERP implementation, and infrastructure transformation. He later held senior leadership roles at Reliance Communications.

Mr. Sawhney has also worked as an entrepreneur and technology consultant. His industry leadership includes serving as President of the Computer Society of India and Vice President of the International Federation for Information Processing.

Mr. Joseph Pookkatt is a distinguished legal and business professional with over three decades of experience across corporate law, strategy, capital markets, and governance. He is an alumnus of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, and the College of Law, York, UK.

He has advised on major legal and capital market transactions and represented clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and arbitral tribunals. He has also worked with the Asian Development Bank and the Ministry of Finance on PPP and infrastructure projects.

Mr. Pookkatt is an author, educator, and entrepreneur with interests in AI, big data, healthcare, and regulatory technology.
