We are seeking an SAP Data Migration Lead with strong experience in SAP migration projects, data strategy, and migration tools.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP data migration activities.
- Define migration strategy, mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes.
- Coordinate with business and technical teams for data extraction and loading.
- Work on migration tools such as SAP BODS, LSMW, LTMC, or Migration Cockpit.
- Ensure data quality and successful cutover execution.
- Prepare migration documentation and status reports.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years of SAP data migration experience.
- Experience in SAP ECC/S4HANA migration projects.
- Strong understanding of master and transactional data migration.
- Expertise in migration tools and data validation processes.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
