Role and Responsibilities:
- 1 to 3 years working knowledge in SD & LE Been part of Support projects Knowledge and Experience in SD and LE/ TM.
- Handle L2 and L3 calls on LE module/ TM.
- Able to communicate effectively with business users on requirement and understand them.
- Able to communicate effectively with customer and ITTI managers about the tasks.
Profile:
- Functional Consultant – SAP SD ( Logistic Execution ) / Transportation.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience in troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs
