We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay (CVP) Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting Compensation and Variable Pay modules.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions.
  • Gather business requirements and configure compensation cycles, bonus plans, guidelines, and eligibility rules.
  • Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to optimize processes.
  • Perform testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Support integrations with Employee Central and third-party systems.
  • Prepare functional specifications and user documentation.

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7+ years of SAP HR / SuccessFactors experience.
  • Minimum 2+ end-to-end implementations in Compensation & Variable Pay.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
